Contribution to the definition and implementation of the laboratory purchasing policy.

Financial and accounting management of all duties related to the overall activity of the laboratory according to the financial rules in force.

Preparation, management and follow-up of the budget.

Monitoring and analysis of general expenditure (operating costs, equipment, travel).

Administrative management of the recruitment process of temporary staff (french and foreign PhD students, post-doc, Engineers).
