EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Jamie Rubinstein received his master’s degrees from the Graduate School of Chemistry of Paris (Chimie ParisTech - ENSCP, France) and from the Faculty of Science of Sorbonne University (Paris, France) with a specialisation in the physics and the chemistry of materials in 2018 after working with the CSIRO (Melbourne, Australia) and Saint-Gobain Research (Paris, France). He has been a PhD candidate at the LCPO in the team “Biopolymers and bio-sourced polymers” lead by Pr Henri Cramail since April 2019 under the supervision of Pr Henri Cramail, Dr Veronique Coma and Dr Etienne Grau. His work focusses on novel bio-based additives for poly(lactic acid) (PLA) in order to make it suitable for novel food packaging applications, in collaboration with ITERG and CTCPA.
